To Round - Organize Tasks In Bubbles

To Round is a task managing application that organizes your tasks in bubbles and these bubbles juggle when your phone is tilted. The app is offered by Future Comes and is available for free in the Google Play Store with no In-app purchases.

Start creating tasks simply by adding the title. You can also add date, time to remind you, labels to differentiate your tasks and a detailed description of the task. The size of the bubble will help you realize the priority of the task. Bigger the size of the bubble the important the task is.

Once you completed a task mark it as done. All your completed, postponed and current tasks can be viewed anytime.

Great Day Readers! To give us more insights into the application development Anna Svirelkina, Marketing Expert at Future Comes responded with the answers. Here are the Q&A exclusive for our readers.

1. Tell us about the team?

We are a highly talented team of experts, moreover, some of us have been working together for over five years already, and we had run many successful IT projects together http://futurecomes.com/.

2. What was your inspiration that leads to the creation of Task Manager To Round?

We are a team of creative business people with a vast array of ideas, projects, and tasks. We need to intelligently manage our time.  We tried many different task managers, but none of the existing solutions answered our demands. That is why we decided to create a task manager, which will satisfy all our needs. The idea became a challenging task for us, since on the one hand, we wanted our to-do app to be a full-fledged task manager, and on the other – we needed a solution that is very simple and easy to use. Another important thing we kept in mind while designing our task manager is that just a quick glance at the main screen should give you an idea of how important a task is. After a series of brainstorming sessions, we created our unique main screen – the funnel, where each task is shown as a bubble and the task importance is represented by the bubble size, the bigger the bubble, the more important is the task to be done. The title To Round reflects the concept of a task manager where tasks are represented as bubbles.

3. What was the biggest challenge faced while developing Task Manager To Round?

At first, we made To Round just for ourselves, but we were so touched to find out that people really do like it, that we decided to continue developing the product. Our resources allowed us to launch and support the web version on PHP for a long time. In the summer of 2015, we managed to attract a private investor, which gave us additional resources and allowed to expand the team, switch PHP to Node.js, launch the Telegram bot, and release iOS and Android apps that our devoted users waited for. At first, our Android app was not stable on all devices. It was a serious challenge for our developers, but they took it up and quickly fixed. Now we mostly focus on improving our mobile apps.

4. What features can be expected in the upcoming updates?

In our upcoming updates, we plan to add the option to share tasks with friends, colleagues, and the whole world! Moreover, we are now concentrated on various features and options for collaboration and joint projects involving people from different locations. We also constantly improve the apps’ design and UI to make it even more user-friendly and intuitive. To Round already has many fans, we get suggestions and comments constantly on how to improve our apps, and we react by adding those functions requested by our users.

5. Is there anything else you want to tell our readers?

Focus only on relevant tasks.
